A. Information You Provide Directly:

• Driver Applicants: First and last name, email address, phone number, city, state, CDL class and number, CDL expiration date, state of issuance, years of experience, employment history, current employer, driving experience types, endorsements, accident and violation history, DUI history, SAP program status and dates, employment preferences, expected compensation, preferred home time and states, company applying to, uploaded documents (CDL copy, medical card, resume, MVR), digital signature, and certification date.
• Carrier Clients: Business name, contact person name, email, phone number, company address, USDOT/FMCSA numbers, hiring requirements, and billing information.
• Website Visitors: Contact form submissions, email inquiries, name, email address, and any information voluntarily provided.

B. Information Collected Automatically:

• IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, and clickstream data
• Device identifiers, screen resolution, and language settings
• Cookie and tracking technology data (see Section 7)

C. Information From Third Parties:

• Background check providers, MVR reporting agencies, PSP data providers, and drug & alcohol testing consortiums, to the extent permitted by law and with appropriate authorization

• Legal Purposes: Enforcing our Terms and Conditions, defending legal claims, complying with court orders, and responding to lawful government requests
• Marketing: Sending promotional communications to carrier clients and drivers (with opt-out rights as described in Section 9)
• Website Improvement: Analyzing traffic, troubleshooting, and improving website functionality and user experience

Where required by applicable law (including, for California residents, the CCPA/CPRA), we process personal information on the following legal bases:

• With Your Consent: Any other sharing will only occur with your explicit prior consent.

• Driver Applications: Active applications are retained for up to two (2) years from submission. Applications resulting in placement are retained for up to five (5) years to support warranty and compliance obligations.
• Client Records: Carrier client billing and service records are retained for seven (7) years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
• Website Analytics: Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely. Identifiable log data is retained for up to twelve (12) months.
• Marketing Records: Consent records and opt-out requests are retained for the duration of the business relationship plus three (3) years.

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, we will securely delete or anonymize your information.
